How the Program Works

The RESPECTED LEADER is a 12-month online Leadership Development Program.
 
Only 10 places are available to ensure optimal conditions for your best learning success.

You get 24 individual coaching sessions to maximize your development, to discover and work on your blind spots and limiting beliefs, and to define and hone the skills and mindset leading to your success as a leader. 

All 12 training modules are recorded and you will have access to them for 24 months, so you can watch on your own schedule, and come back to the material again and again for deeper learning.

The 12 live workshops are 60 min. long and are held monthly, live on Zoom. They include a teaching point or a case study followed by Q+A where there will be the opportunity to discuss your learnings via breakout discussions, participate in powerful coaching demonstrations, and ask questions.

How long will I be able to access the downloads of the training?

You will have access for 24 months to all videos. All downloadable materials are yours to keep forever.

Are the learning modules live or pre-recorded?

The learning modules are pre-recored, which means that you can access them at your own pace and convenience. 

What experience level do I need to take your course?

This program is directed at anyone who has leadership ambitions. There is no entry "experience level",  however most of the material will make sense if you already have working experience.

What time are the live workshops? 

The time of live workshops will be decided once the on boarding is complete and it is known what time zones we need to accommodate.

How many hours do I need to allocate to the program each month?

You have 2 personal coaching sessions and 1-2 hours of pre-recorded input sessions per month. Additionally, each month you will get 1 live group workshop to consolidate the learning material, 1 live guest lecture and 2 bonus hours of video interviews with top leadership experts. 
To answer your question: if you do everything that you have access to, be prepared to invest 8 hours on average each month.
